- enjoy 7-8 hours of continuous sleep
- firmly and politely say "no" when needed
- take a break from a focused task every 45 to 90 minutes
- sincerely say to yourself, I Love You! (Awkward at first, becomes natural and desirable over time)
- handwrite a note to yourself extolling your virtues, speak to how proud you are of yourself in this moment
- when someone asks you to determine the restaurant, movie or vacation spot, tell them
