- Start by reviewing our Definition for authentic giving
- In your journal, define authentic giving, receiving and other terms important to your for yourself
- In your journal, set an authentic giving intention for yourself to be met one year from date set
- In your journal, set your own norms or rules of the journey, like giving yourself permission to
- Focus on 3 to 5 individuals you want to authentically and consciously give to
- Focus on giving to you, what does that look like? How does it feel? What do you need more of? What do you want more of?
- Create an environment for success, for example, set aside time to focus on this intention once a week or once a month, alter the rules or expectations to fit smoothly with your lifestyle, note that as you already are a giver a muscle is being strengthened so only success is possible (note in your journal)
